Vegetarian mild chilli beef nachos served with homemade salsa and guacamole.

Is this even vegetarian?, I can't tell the difference
I have made this recipe many ways: in the pan, in the slow cooker, and even in the air fryer. I've found the best way to maintain the quality of the dish is to make it in a pan and then finish it off in the oven for that extra gooey, cheesy crisp.
This recipe isn't very spicy but has a slight kick, and the dark chocolate and cinnamon add that extra flavour it truly needs.
Quorn Chilli "Beef" Nachos
Ingredients

- Microwavable Quorn chilli pot 
- A bag of Tortilla wraps 
- 1 tsp of chilli powder 
- 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 1 bag of cheddar cheese 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
Method
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 180 degrees. 
- Cut up the tortillas into triangles with scissors and coat them with some olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper.  
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer for 10 minutes, turning halfway.  
- Serve the tortillas with the heated chilli and cheese.
