Is this even vegetarian?, I can't tell the difference
I have made this recipe many ways: in the pan, in the slow cooker, and even in the air fryer. I've found the best way to maintain the quality of the dish is to make it in a pan and then finish it off in the oven for that extra gooey, cheesy crisp.
This recipe isn't very spicy but has a slight kick, and the dark chocolate and cinnamon add that extra flavour it truly needs.
Quorn Chilli "Beef" Nachos

Microwavable Quorn chilli pot
A bag of Tortilla wraps
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag of cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Pre-heat the air fryer to 180 degrees.
Cut up the tortillas into triangles with scissors and coat them with some olive oil, chilli powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the tortillas in the air fryer for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
Serve the tortillas with the heated chilli and cheese.
