MATCHA CHOCOLATE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
120g White chocolate
60ml Double/heavy whipped cream
9g Unsalted butter
10g Matcha powder
Gold glitter for decor (optional)
METHOD
Whisk together the matcha powder and cream until fully combined.
Melt the white chocolate completely.
Add the chocolate to the matcha and cream mix.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a baking sheet lined container (tap it on the counter to remove any air bubbles).
Wait to cool, cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours or until hardened (24 hours works perfectly).
Once fully firm, cut the chocolate into slices.
