BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
Healthy vibrant and fresh berry smoothie bowl.
This is a simple recipe than can be altered, you can add different fruits and superfood powders, it works great!
Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1/4 cup coconut milk, or milk of choice
-
1 tsp vanilla essence
-
Chia seeds, for topping (optional)

Walnuts, chopped for topping (optional)

Honey, for drizzle topping (optional)
Method
Add frozen fruit to a blender, blitz
Add in vanilla essence and milk, blitz until a soft serve texture, making sure to scrape down sides
Serve with toppings of choice.
