BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Healthy vibrant and fresh berry smoothie bowl.

This is a simple recipe than can be altered, you can add different fruits and superfood powders, it works great!

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, or milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Chia seeds, for topping (optional)

  • Walnuts, chopped for topping (optional)

  • Honey, for drizzle topping (optional)

Method

Add frozen fruit to a blender, blitz

Add in vanilla essence and milk, blitz until a soft serve texture, making sure to scrape down sides

Serve with toppings of choice.
